DRM license transfer tool now available

The DRM tool to transfer licenses for content purchased on the Xbox Live Marketplace has just been released. This will allow anyone who has purchased a new console, or had one replaced to (painstakingly) transfer the licenses to the new console in order to use all of the premium content while offline.
